3) Disable all extensions on your browser temporarily to make sure that they do not interfere with your learning experience.
4) Clear your browsing cache/history/cookies. Follow the steps mentioned below:

i) On your computer, open Chrome.
ii) At the top right, click More .
iii) Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
iv) At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
v) Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
vi) Click Clear data.
vii) Re-launch / Restart chrome browser.

3. Liason with the program coordinator and the delivery SPOC to resend the exam link/reschedule the exam
4. Once done, inform the learner and send out the final response
